New: Multi-Tenant Cloud (MTC) Provider
Support for Multi-Tenant Cloud (MTC) has been added to the AI Pricing Bot. You can now generate budgetary estimates for MTC projects with:
- •Pricing updated through July 10, 2026
- •Automatic calculation of Firewall, Bandwidth and related resource costs based on standard "T-shirt" sizes derived from the number of VMs
- •Associated NRC costs automatically included in the overall project cost estimate
Improved Estimate Creation Experience
The Create Estimate workflow has been updated to improve flexibility and usability.
Provider Selection
- •Provider selection now uses checkboxes instead of a single-select option
- •Select any combination of the three available providers
- •At least one provider must be selected
Guided Workflow
- •Added step-by-step guidance throughout the estimate process
- •Included descriptions for each section
- •Added contextual help for optional services available in an estimate
Managed Services Included in Estimates
Budgetary estimates can now include Managed Services costs.
Public Cloud
Estimated Managed Services costs are now calculated for three implementation levels:
- •Essentials – Low-cost estimate
- •Professional – Median estimate
- •Premium – High-cost estimate
Multi-Tenant Cloud (MTC)
- •Windows OS Maintenance costs are now calculated on a per-VM basis
Azure Funding
When Azure is selected as a provider, available Azure Funding is automatically calculated and included in the project cost estimate.
PDF Report Enhancements
The PDF report has been fully redesigned to support the new functionality and improve readability.

- •Dynamic cover artwork with new images
- •Donut chart showing the breakdown of monthly consumption costs
- •Callouts highlighting potential reservation savings for AWS and/or Azure
- •Callouts displaying available Azure Funding
- •General contact information added on page two
